Sofi Gelvan

It isn’t easy to be vulnerable—to look at painful experiences or parts of yourself you may have learned to avoid.

I believe therapy should feel grounded, collaborative, and real. Together, we’ll create a space where you can safely turn inward, begin to understand yourself more deeply, and feel supported in making choices that are more aligned with who you are.
